Requirements

We are currently looking to acquire under performing sites with a view to revamping and repositioning them in today's changing market,  ideally these would be in Jersey or Guernsey and in either the 2 or 3 star category with minimum 20 rooms all must be en-suite plus manager accommodation to fit with our tour operating interests.

We are in a position to give fast decisions on suitable sites and would also consider short term season by season leases or joint ventures/profit share operating agreements - Principals Only
